All designs are hand printed here in my little studio in Stoke-on-Trent. To avoid any unnecessary waste all items are made to order so please allow 10 working days for your order to be dispatched.

As all items are hand printed to order unfortunately I am unable to accept returns, offer refunds or exchanges. I pride myself on making top quality products and all bags are thoroughly checked and checked again before being dispatched. However if you have received a faulty item, I'm really sorry, please contact me at hello@thelittlebagco.co.uk within 14 days of the delivery date and I will happily fix it for you.

Currently The Little Bag Co post to the UK....and ALL orders for delivery in the UK are FREE!! We also dispatch to Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. For these destinations a postage fee applies. Please see the Shipping & Returns page for more info.

Please note, depending on your request the turnaround time may sometimes be longer than the standard 10 working days.
