UK DELIVERIES

All deliveries within the UK are FREE and are sent as standard by Royal Mail 2nd Class service.

You can choose to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For service for £4.00

EUROPE

For deliveries to Europe, postage is £12 and parcels are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service.

INTERNATIONAL

The Little Bag Co currently dispatches to USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand

For these countries postage is £20 and packages are sent by Royal Mail fully tracked International Service.

IMPORTANT INFO

Please bear in mind that orders sent internationally may be subject to additional taxes and possible delays whilst navigating through customs. This is out of my control and is the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow up to 10 working days for shipping as all of my products are printed by hand.

RETURNS POLICY

As all items are hand printed to order unfortunately I am unable to accept returns, offer refunds or exchanges. I pride myself on making top quality products and all bags are thoroughly checked and checked again before being dispatched. However if you have received a faulty item, I'm really sorry, please contact me at pippa@pressprintstudio.com within 14 days of the delivery date and I will happily fix it for you.
